Fotobabble App:

  1. Download the free Fotobabble app
  2. Create a username and password. Every student needs their own username and password. Record it in your phone or somewhere you can access it

Conversation Steps:
  1. Review your feedback from previous assignments & explain how you plan to use that feedback to improve your next conversation
  2. Sign into Fotobabble
  3. Change the audio length to 5 minutes
  4. Make sure the audio is turned on the ipad
  5. Perform a test recording and share it to ensure the app is working correctly
  6. Record your conversation without using any notes or having anything written in front of you AND SHARE IT. These are spontaneous conversations not rehearsed ones!
  7. Posting your Conversation
    1. Both partners post the conversation on your blogs. Make sure to click on the blue link button when posting your conversation
    2. Complete as many "I can" statements as possible. This requires you and your partner to listen to your final version of your conversation multiple times!

How to post your conversation to your blog:
  1. Open Safari and go to the Fotobabble website
  2. Sign in and click on your photo conversation
  3. Copy and paste the url address (which is on the top of the browser at the top of the site's page) Screen Shot 2014-10-27 at 12.38.30 PM.png
  4. Sign into your blog blogger.com
  5. (If on the ipad, use the blogger app) once you've signed in click view blog, then push the B in the top left corner.
  6. Click on the orange pencil & post a title with you and your partner's name
  7. Click the blue link, paste your url address and click publish
  8. Click view blog to make sure the correct conversation posted with volume
